Information on the protection of personal data and the use of cookies pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (‘GDPR’)

The purpose of the privacy policy is to provide maximum transparency regarding the information that the site collects and how it uses it.

DATA COLLECTED AND PURPOSE
Like all websites, this site also uses log files in which information collected automatically during user visits is stored.
The information collected could be the following:
– internet protocol (IP) address;
– type of browser and parameters of the device used to connect to the site;
– name of the internet service provider (ISP);
– date and time of visit;
– web page of origin of the visitor (referral) and exit;
– possibly the number of clicks.
The aforementioned information is processed automatically and collected in an exclusively aggregated form in order to verify the correct functioning of the site, and for security reasons (from 25 May 2018 this information will be processed based on the legitimate interests of the owner).
For security purposes (antispam filters, firewalls, virus detection), the automatically recorded data may also include personal data such as the IP address, which could be used, in accordance with the laws in force on the matter, in order to block attempts to damage the site itself or to cause damage to other users, or in any case harmful or criminal activities. Such data are never used for the identification or profiling of the user, but only for the protection of the site and its users (from 25 May 2018 such information will be processed based on the legitimate interests of the owner).

If the site allows the insertion of comments, or in the case of specific services requested by the user, the site automatically detects and records some identifying data of the user, including the email address. Such data are intended to be voluntarily provided by the user at the time of requesting the provision of the service. By inserting a comment or other information, the user expressly accepts the privacy policy, and in particular agrees that the contents inserted may be freely disseminated also to third parties.

RETENTION PERIOD
Any data collected will be retained for a period not exceeding the limitation period provided by law to possibly assert or defend a right in court.

WHAT ARE COOKIES?
A cookie is a small text file containing a certain amount of information exchanged between a website and your terminal (usually the browser) and is normally used by the website manager to store the information needed to improve navigation within the site or to send advertising messages in line with the preferences expressed by the user while browsing the internet. USER RIGHTS
In accordance with European Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR) and national legislation, the User may, in accordance with the methods and within the limits established by current legislation, exercise the following rights:
– request confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning him/her (right of access);
– know the origin;
– receive intelligible communication;
– have information about the logic, methods and purposes of the processing;
– request the updating, rectification, integration, cancellation, transformation into anonymous form, blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those no longer necessary for the pursuit of the purposes for which they were collected;
– in cases of consent-based processing, receive, at the sole cost of any support, his/her data provided to the owner, in a structured and readable form by a data processor and in a format commonly used by an electronic device;
– the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority (Privacy Guarantor)
– as well as, more generally, exercise all the rights recognized by current provisions of law.
Requests must be addressed to the data controller. In the event that the data are processed based on legitimate interests, the rights of the data subjects are guaranteed (except the right to portability which is not provided for by the regulations), in particular the right to object to the processing which can be exercised by sending a request to the data controller.

ECONOMIC SPACE
The owner is located in the European Economic Area and acts in accordance with European regulations and does not transfer personal data to countries outside the European Union.
